Do I need an account?

No. MuscleForm works without one and keeps your workouts on your phone. Sign in (Profile → Account) only if you want backup & sync across phones.

How do I delete my account?

Profile → Account → Delete account. Your account and every workout in the cloud are erased right away. Profile → Delete my data erases everything on the phone. Can't open the app? Email support@muscleformapp.com from your account's address and we delete the account within 30 days.

How do I restore MuscleForm Pro?

Open the Pro screen (Profile → MuscleForm Pro) and tap Restore purchases, signed in to the same App Store / Google Play account you bought it with.

How do I cancel my subscription?

iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → MuscleForm. Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before it renews.

Is this medical advice?

No. MuscleForm shows exercise technique for general fitness education. Check with a qualified professional before starting a new program, and stop if anything hurts.
